4 white rose potaotes
butter
onion salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes but do not peel them. Slice thinly (about 1/4 in.) and spread individual slices on to a sheet of heavy-duty alluminum foil.

Dot each potato slice with butter, then sprinkle with onion salt and pepper.

Continue to layer, as described above.

Wrap in heavy-duty foil. (I usually double wrap.) Cook on the grill for 45 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking.
