1 1/2 lb. steak (such as round steak: 1/2 in. thick)
1/4 C. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. oil
1 can condensed beef broth
4 medium potatos, sliced to 1/4 in. thick
2 medium onions, thinly sliced.

Cut steaks into serving sizes. Combine flour, salt & pepper. Coat the meat with this mixture. In electric skillet, brown meat slowly. (This should take 20 to 30 minutes.) Add broth; cover tightly.

Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add broth; cover tightly. Simmer for about 30 minutes, adding a little water if necessary. Place potatos and onions (layered) on top of steak, down in broth. Cook slowly 35 minutes or until potoatos stick done.
