2 Tbsp butter
3/4 c white rice
1/3 c thin spaghetti
broken into 1 inch Pieces
1 c chicken broths or water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add rice and brown for 3 to 5 min. then add spaghetti bits and brown for a few more minutes or until light brown. Add broth or water salt and pepper. (If using chicken broth you may want to taste before adding more salt). Bring liquid to a full boil. Cover pot and reduce heat to simmer and cook rice 18 minutes or until all the liquid is gone. Fluff with fork and serve.
