5 1/2 c grated zucchini
1 small onion diced
2 plus c-grated cheddar cheese
or mix with Jack cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
11/2 c flour
89 eggs
8 slices bacon cooked & crumbled

Directions:

Mix all the above together and put in a greased 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 50 minutes.
