4–5 cube steaks ¾ c flour 1 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 2 beaten eggs
Mix flour, garlic and salt and pepper. Dip steaks in flour and then the egg and back in the flour again. Fry in canola oil till nice and golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes on each side. Make gravy from drippings. Serve with mash potatoes and vegetables.
