"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 watermelon 1 cantaloupe 1 can pineapple chunks (drained) grapes (red or green and/or both)
Cut watermelon lengthwise from each end but save about a 3" strip of rind in the middle for a handle. Then scoop out the watermelon. Take a knife and cut the edges to look like a zigzag design, including the handle. Fill the watermelon basket with melon and cantaloupe balls and pineapple chunks and grapes or other fruit. To make a more colorful basket, tie large ribbons on the sides of the handle or on top of the handle. Makes a lovely centerpiece for patio parties.
