6 hard boiled eggs
1/4cup chopped onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 potato
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped pickles
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 T mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potato until well done. Mash and set aside. Peel eggs and cut lengthwise. Remove yoke and add yoke to the potato and mix all together with other ingredients. Stuff mixture into eggs. Sprinkle with chili powder and garnish with sliced olives and/or sprigs of parsley on top.
