About lb. sharp cheddar cheese

Custard:

2 c cream or half and half
7-9 eggs

Filling: You can use anything you want. When I use bacon, I use one pound. This works great for leftovers (zucchini, green onions, bell peppers, all meats, etc.) Place the crust into the pie pan. Place the filling into the pan. Place cheese into the pan and pour custard over filling. Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.
