1 10 oz. box frozen spinach
1 10 oz. can chicken broth
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup light cream
pinch of monosodium glutamate
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil spinach, broth and onion under tender. Pour into blender - add cream and seasonings. Blend and chill. Before serving, place a thin slice of lemon in bottom of each serving bowl - fill with soup.

This is especially good on a hot summer evening.
While chilled soup doesn't usually appeal to me...this is an exception! Try it!
