1 C Starter 2 C Milk 1 C sour cream 1 tsp sugar 4 - 4 1/2 C flour 1 tsp salt
Combine starter,sugar, water and flour in large bowl Cover and let stand over night at room temperature. In the morning stir down and add sour cream. Because flours absorbe liquid at differant rates. If batter is too thick add more milk 1 tbs at a time. If too dry add more flour 1 tbs at a time. Drop on hot griddle 1/4 C at a time.
