1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon lemon juice

3 cups of peeled and sliced apples

topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
combine 1/3 cup white sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon juice.. pour over the three cups of apples in buttered pan

crumble butter with flour, brown sugar and vanilla.. mix well , spread over apple mixture
bake 350 for 35 to 40 minutes...
