2 cups milk
2 T Hershey's cocoa
cup water
2 T sugar whipped cream [optional]
marshmallows [optional]

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer milk on top of stove in medium pan. Mix cocoa and sugar. Add water. When smooth add to hot milk. Serve with marshmallows and/or whipped cream.
