3/4 lb pot roast
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pkg. Liptonís onion soup
2 carrots chopped
1 c canned mushrooms
1 large pieces foil

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast on foil; top with onion soup, mushrooms, potatoes, and carrots. Seal foil tightly Place in roasting pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 2Ė3 hours.
