Ingredients:  
1 egg
1 T flour (heaping)
1 cup sugar
1 T vinegar
1 cup cold water
t nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, flour and sugar until creamy. Add other ingredients blending well. Bake in unbaked pie crust @ 400 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake until custard is set and crust is brown. Serve pie topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
