1 jar mincemeat (18 oz, drained)
1 cups chopped nuts
2 large apples (cored and diced)
cup packed brown sugar
1 T lemon juice
2 unbaked pie shells (9)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, stir first six ingredients until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Pour mixture into pie shells. Prepare top crust for lattice. Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Preheat oven @ 425. Turn back to 350 before baking pies.
