2 c cooked smoked ham
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c onion
or green onion chopped
2 c milk
4 eggs
1 c Bisquick mix
tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mince ham, cheese and onion in food processor and sprinkle the mixture in the bottom of a greased pie pan or a 9x13 pan. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth and pour over the ham mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
