4 cups buttermilk
2 cups sugar
2 cans (small) crushed pineapple
2 t vanilla
2 egg whites (beaten until fluffy)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar in buttermilk. Stir in crushed pineapple and add vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Freeze in ice cream freezer using 3 parts ice to 1 part salt. Makes 2 quarts.
