2 pkgs. frozen black eye peas, I cook 1 pound of bacon till about done then cut in bite size pieces inch, peas and inch greens, c chopped onions. In place of water for cooking I use canned chicken broth. 1 pkg. collard, mustard and turnip greens. Here I use beef broth in place of water, add c molasses, of the bacon. Cook 1 lb of fresh side (for Pete) and fried bread.
