2 c. sugar 8 large marshmallows 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla 5 T. white corn syrup 1 qt. nuts (pecans and/or walnuts)
Combine sugar, water and syrup in pan. Cook to 240º or hard ball stage. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Add vanilla and nuts and stir until sugary. Pour onto waxed paper and separate with a fork.
