1 uncooked pie shell (9”) 1 jar (18 oz) mincemeat (drained) 2 eggs 1-1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 tsp. nutmeg
Spoon mincemeat unevenly into pie crust. In small bowl, use hand beater or wire whisk and beat eggs with remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour this mixture over the mincemeat. Bake for 45 minutes @ 350º or until custard is set.
