6 apples (peeled and quartered)
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. warm water
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can buttermilk biscuits (or use any biscuit dough)

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples into baking dish and sprinkle with sugar and spices. Add water and dot with pats of margarine. Cover apples with biscuits. Sprinkle tops of biscuits with sugar and cinnamon. Bake @ 300 for 2 hours.
