1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 large can sliced peaches (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in 12x9 pan. Mix sugar, baking powder, salt, flour, and milk. Pour over melted margarine. Spread peaches over batter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 325 for one hour. Serve warm with ice cream.
*May use other fruit or berries with this recipe.
Canned pineapple tidbits with 1/2 cup chopped pecans makes a great cobbler for pineapple lovers
