1 c. molasses or heavy syrup
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. melted margarine
1 tsp. ginger
1 T. brown sugar
2 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
2 c. cream (may use canned cream)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and pour in large baking dish. Bake about 45 minutes @ 350 until firm. Serve with whipped cream.
