1 c. pre-cooked rice
1 large can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. Cover the top with small chunks of margarine and sprinkle cinnamon. Bake @ 350 until brown. May add raisins and pecans, if preferred.
