1 T. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 T. water
1/2 c. light syrup
3 eggs
1 T. butter
1/2 c. raw peanuts
1/4 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add water and syrup and blend. Boil gently 3-5 minutes. Beat eggs slightly. Slowly pour syrup mixture into eggs, stirring continuously. Add fat and stir until melted. Place peanuts and coconut in bottom of pie crust and pour the filling over this. Bake @ 425 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 for 30 minutes.
