8 green apples (cored and sliced) 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 prepared pie crusts
Put sliced apples into a 9” pie pan. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cover with other pie crust. Cut 4-5 slits into top of crust and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake @ 350º for one hour.
