Buttermilk Pie Recipe

1 pie shell (9 unbaked)
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 T. flour (rounded)
3 eggs (well beaten)
1 c.buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened butter with sugar. Add eggs and flour. Beat well. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45-50 minutes @ 350. Cool before serving.
