1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 t baking soda
2 t cream of tartar
t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, shortening and eggs, then add sifted dry ingredients. Make into balls about the size of a walnut. Roll each ball in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place 2 apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake @ 400 about 8 minutes.
