1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. dark rum
1/4 c. Wesson oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all cake ingredients in large mixer bowl and beat for 4 minutes at medium speed in electric mixer. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9- layer pans. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan 15 minutes; remove and coolon racks. Fill and frost, sprinkle with coconut. Chill and keep refrigerated.

Icing for Pina Colada Cake

1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1/3 c. dark rum
1 9-oz container Cool Whip (thawed)
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine all ingredients in bowl except cool whip and coconut. Beat until well blended, fold in cool whip. Top cake with icing.
