1 package lemon Jello
1 c. hot orange juice
1 package yellow cake mix
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 t lemon extrac
Icying for Lemon cake - mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 3 T lemon juice well. Spread on top of cake.

Directions:
Dissolve lemon jello with orange juice. Mix yellow cake mix with oil, eggs and lemon extract. Add these two mixtures together; Then pour into greased tube pan, bake @ 350 for 1 hour. When cake is done punch holes in it with an ice pick and pour the icing over the cake.

Icing for Lemon Cake

Mix 1 c. powdered sugar and 3 T lemon juice well. Spread on top of cake.
