3 c. pecans
1 lb. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Then add eggs, vanilla, dates and pecans. When mixed, cook in two small [well greased] loaf pans or 1 [well greased] tube pan. Bake @ 325 for 1 hour. Test with toothpick to make sure it is done.
