2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda and salt together. In separate bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add brown sugar, vanilla and eggs. Slowly, mix in flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and eggs.

Bake ate 350 for about 8 - 10 minutes.

This recipe was found among Mom's recipes. It was in Great Mom Mom's handwriting. The recipe was just a list of ingredients with not mixing or baking instructions. We used our own experience to give the directions. It may not be an original recipe, but we couldn't pass not putting it in.
