Crust
2 c, flour
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. confectioners sugar

6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients in mixer until it forms a crumbly soft dough. Press dough into bottom and up the sides of a 3 x 9 pan or glass dish. Bake at 350 for approx. 10 minutes or until light golden brown.

Meanwhile, beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice on medium speed. In separate bowl, sift flour and baking powder. Stir in the egg mixture until smooth. Pour over hot crust and return to oven. Bake at 350 for an additional 20 - 25 minutes until top is light golden brown. Cool for 1 hour or until cooled completely.

Cut into bars.
