12 small red potatoes
1 pkg ranch dressing mix ( Hidden Valley Ranch)
2 c crushed cornflakes
8 T melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel or leave skins on potatoes. Cook and drain. Cool slightly. Mix dressing mix and cornflakes in a bowl. Dip potatoes in margarine and roll or shake cornflakes into potatoes. Place in a greased baking dish for 20-25 minutes on 400 degrees or til golden brown.
