3 c. cooked rice
1 small onion (chopped)
1 small bell pepper (chopped)
2-3 tomatoes (chopped)
1 T. black pepper
1 T. chili powder
2 T. Crisco or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, peppers and tomatoes in the shortening until wilted. Add cooked rice and seasoning. Mix well and serve.
