1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
3 fresh chilies, seeded and chopped
1 large lime, zest and juice
2/3 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
2 (64 oz) bottled clamato juice
3 avocados, firm but ripe
2 (20 oz) bags small shrimp

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate 24 hours.

Serve chilled with bread and salad.
