3 large yellow onions
3/4 cup flax seed, ground
3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, ground
1/4 cup Nama Shoyu or Tamari
1/4 cup pure water
1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and halve onions. Slice thin. Add all ingredients on top of onions in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spread eveny on teflex sheet in dehydrator 24 hours.
