1 cup water,
1 cup flour,
4 eggs,
1/2 cup margarine,
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding,
3 1/2 cups milk,
8 oz pkg cream cheese softened,
12 oz cool whip
optional-bananas, chocolate sauce, chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, bring water and margarine to a boil. Add flour, stiring rapidly until mixture forms a ball; cool. By hand, beat in eggs, one at a time.
Spread on ungreased 11" X 15" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; cool. (will look like the moon surface-don't prick it.)
Combine pudding and milk. Blend pudding mixture and cream cheese well. Spread on cake and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Spread Cool Whip on top and drizzle with chocolate sauce and nuts.
You can slice bananas on top of pudding mixture before adding the Cool Whip.
