Ingredients:  
3 egg whites
1 tsp. lemon juice
6 Tablespoons sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and lemon juice until stiff
Add sugar, cornstarch & cream of tartar gradually
Spread on pie. Bake at 350 until lightly browned.
