2 c chopped onion
3 celery ribs, sliced
1/2 c butter
2 3/4 c Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
1 c cran-raisins
1 c chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 pkg (14 oz) cubed
country-style stuffing
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven cook over medium heat the onions and celery in butter until tender. Add chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in cran-raisins, walnut and poultry seasoning. Add stuffing and gently combine ingredients. Season with salt and pepper if desired and spoon into a greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 3035 minutes or until hot and broth is completely absorbed.
