6 Cups Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 12oz Can Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Rice (not instant)
1/2 Stick Butter
1 TBS Cinnamon
1 Cup Raisins (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch Oven bring to boil stiring constantly. Once mixure is boiling put in oven and bake for 1 hour.
Watch during last 15 minutes to make sure the rice does not burn
