1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant butterscotch pudding
2 cups peeled sliced apples
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butterscotch bits
1/3 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cake and pudding mixes, eggs and water until moistened. Beat as directed on cake package. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon and put on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
