3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 small box dry (not instant) vanilla pudding
3 tbsp butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

1 can (15 oz) peaches
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp peach juice

Combine first 7 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Grease bottom and sides of pie pan. Pour in batter.

Drain peaches and keep juice. Place sliced peaches over batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and beat for 2 minutes. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
