1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach

3 eggs

4 tbs flour

1/2 stick butter or margarine melted

salt and pepper to taste

1 lb carton of small curd cottage cheese

1/2 lb chunk cheese cut into small pieces or 8 oz shredded cheese-
use your imagination-any choice of cheese- Monterey jack, Swiss, cheddar or mix flavors

Thaw spinach. Squeeze dry. Beat eggs and then add spinach, butter, flour, salt and pepper. Blend!!! Add cheeses- Fold In. Bake in

buttered casserole 1 hour at 350 degrees until the top is slightly brown. Do not cover.
