"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
Rack of ribs (Cost Co has the best) 2–3 bottles of BBQ sauce (your favorite kind). 2 Large roasting tins (depending on how many ribs you are making) (this makes clean up very easy) Cut ribs apart. Boil ribs in water, should be cooked but not over cooked. Ribs should look brown. Pour a small layer of BBQ sauce in tin. Pour BBQ sauce in a bowl. Dip boiled ribs in BBQ sauce front to back making sure to coat both sides of the rib. After dipping ribs place in roasting tins and cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 1–2 hours. Check after one hour to see if tender. The longer the ribs cook the more easily they will fall off the bone. May need to add more BBQ sauce as ribs cook so they don't dry out.
