1 ONION, CHOPPED
1 BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
1 PACK LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX
1 CAN STEWED TOMATOES
2 LARGE EGGS
10-12 SALTINE CRACKERS
(GRAVY) CAMPBELL'S GOLDEN MUSHROOM SOUP

Directions:
SEASON BEEF IN A LARGE BOWL WITH LAWRY'S SEASONED SALT. IN A SEPERATE BOWL, MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT THE SALTINES. ADD MIXTURE TO THE BEEF AND MIX WELL. ADD THE SALTINES AND WORK IN TO MEAT MIXTURE WELL. FORM INTO LOAF AND WRAP IN FOIL, THEN BAKE AT 35O FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS. WHEN IT'S DONE BAKING, OPEN FOIL AND POUR OFF THE GREASE. COVER WITH SOUP, CLOSE AND PUT BACK IN OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES.
