2 1/2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups rice, cooked in chicken broth or bouillon
2 cups celery, diced and uncooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 pkg. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, including 1/2 of the almonds. Top with remaining almonds and 1/2 cup
bread crumbs if desired.

Bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Optional - Add water chestnuts or canned mushrooms if desired.
