2 8 oz packages of cream cheese (soften it) 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar vanilla wafers cherry pie filling foil cupcake holders with paper lining
Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Place one vanilla wafter at the bottom of each cupcake holder. Pour batter over wafer until it is 2/3 full in the cup. Spoon pie filling on top. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
