4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1-11/4 lbs.)
3/4 cup brown rice (use some wild rice as well if you wish)
salt, pepper
1/4 stick of butter
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 chicken boullion cubes dissolved in 1 3/4 c. water

Flour and then brown the chicken in a little oil.
While it browns, put the rice, salt and pepper in a greased casserole
strew the onion about.
Arrange the chicken on top, pour the boullion over it, and dot with the
Cover and bake at 350 for an hour.
