Cranbrerry Orange Nut Bread Recipe

3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped cranberries (fresh or frozen; if frozen, do not thaw)

Mix all ingredients together except nuts and cranberries, and then beat
vigorously for 30 seconds (note: the batter will be lumpy)

Stir in nuts and cranberries. Pour in 9x5x3 greased loaf pan.
Bake 55-60 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool.
